We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place your jewelry back into its original Missoma gift box and secure it inside the shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Post

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
